If you requested an estimate, one will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of your package and you can accept or deny. |
STEP 3RepairAn estimate will be e-mailed to you, and you have the option to accept or deny.
Upon approval, your device will enter the repair queue, and it will be worked on in the order it was received. |
STEP 4Mail BackYour device will be mailed back to you upon payment received, via the shipping method you specified.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order is complete and tracking information will be provided |
