How to Ship Your Console?

If you've purchased your repair then you're ready to get it shipped out to us. 

1. Package your device carefully (pad it carefully with bubble wrap...especially the corners) and put it in a box. We recommend a 14x14x6 or similar sized shipping box for most game consoles. Handheld consoles like the Nintendo 3DS or Switch ship well in a Small Flat Rate box from the Post Office.
2. Include your order confirmation OR name, return address and phone number inside the box - this lets us know whose it is when it gets here.
3. Put our address on the box.  Take it to your local shipping company. We use UPS but you can you whatever service you like. Please be sure to pad your console (especially the corners) extra well...we have received damaged consoles from not enough padding.

Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time depends entirely on which repair speed you choose at checkout.

We offer a 1 business day, 3 business day and 5 business day turnaround times for most repairs.  
You will choose the delivery speed at checkout

Keep in mind that this is just the time for the actual repair. Our free return shipping takes an additional 4-5 business days.
You can also choose faster, paid return shipping.

YOU SHIP IT

Mail us your game console along with contact information, return mailing address and a description of the problems you are experiencing. If you don’t have your original console box, don’t panic. Use a plain cardboard box with bubble wrap or packing peanuts as padding.

WE DIAGNOSE

We will run a full troubleshoot diagnostics that match your indicated problems and you will typically receive the game console diagnosis and a complete written repair estimate via email within 24 hours.

WE REPAIR & RETURN

Approved repairs are typically completed within 3 to 5 working days and your “good-as-new” game console is promptly shipped back to you. You enjoy an updated and fully functioning repaired console for less than the price of a new game console.

So your PS4 has some problems that you don't see listed here or don't know what to call them. Bring it on in if you can and we can help tell you what's wrong.

HDMI Port Repair
This is one of the most common symptoms. Most of the time you can even see the pins on the HDMI port that have been pushed back so they are not making connection with the HDMI cable anymore. The only fix for this is removing the old port and installing a new HDMI port. 

Disc Drive Repair
Some of the indications that may mean you need your disc drive/blue ray drive repaired include not reading discs (sometimes it will read game discs but not movies or it will read movies but not came discs), not taking the disc in, not ejecting discs, randomly ejecting discs, no beeps when you press the eject button, etc.

Hard Drive Repair / Upgrade
PS4 hard drives are a common replacement item. Some of the common indications that your hard drive may be bad are:

• Clicking or other funny noises coming from the hard drive area
• Random error codes

PLEASE NOTE: When the hard drive is changed your data will NOT be saved. Please save any of your data and info online and/or on a USB drive if possible.

Overheating Repair
We can fix your overheating console no matter what is causing it. Whether it's being caused by a faulty fan, a clogged heat sink or is just really dirty we can have it fixed and back to you in no time! As part of this repair we completely disassemble the console, clean all loose dirt and debris from the PS4, replace any parts that are faulty and install new thermal paste while re-assembling it. This assures that the console will be running as cool as possible. ​

Fan Repair
As the PS4 console gets older there are more problems with overheating and the fans going bad. Sometimes the fan will make strange noises when they go bad but sometimes the just completely stop working suddenly. A good way to check the function of the fan is to put your hand behind the console where the air vents out. If you feel no airflow then you may have a bad fan. We test all consoles to be sure we know what the problem is before we start the repair...if it's not the fan we'll let you know what the actual problem is.
