We replace Laptop LCD's for most brandsWe charge a flat-rate of $59.99 to replace the screen on your laptop. All you have to do is send it to us through the mail. Upon arrival, we'll diagnose the laptop screen and if the LCD screen is found to be the problem, an estimated price for a new screen based on the model number. You pay that amount, and we order the screen. After the laptop screen is replaced, it will then be tested and verified to be working properly. Once it is finished (usually the same day we receive the part), we will ship it back to you. You pay the shipping to send it to us, and we pay to send it back.

- Please do no send your laptop without first contacting a staff member about your issue. We don't want to waste your time or the money it takes to send us your laptop if we cannot fix it.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS:
- You use the "Buy It Now" option to purchase the LCD Replacement service.
- Upon completion of payment, you maybe be emailed shortly afterwards with shipping instructions.
- Upon arrival, we disassemble the laptop and diagnose the problem.
- If the LCD is found to be the problem, it is replaced with a LCD.
- The laptop is then reassembled, tested, and verified to be working properly.
- Laptop is packaged and shipped back to you.
- A confirmation email is sent to you complete with tracking information.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
- We will e-mail you with payment and shipping instructions after receiving the payment purchase. If you do not receive the instructions within 48 hours please contact us.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- There may be times where the problem is not related to the LCD. In the event that your laptop has a different problem, we will contact you and notify you for the necessary repairs. If you choose not to continue the repair, then you are entitled to a refund minus return shipping costs.
- Please include your AC power adapter with your laptop. To ensure the best possible repairs, we would prefer to test your laptop with the adapter you use most often.
- Please include a piece of paper with your name, phone number & email address.
SHIPPING:
- All items are shipped. Local Pickups must be arranged with us beforehand.
- Item will be shipped by USPS only in the USA.
- Please pack the device well as we will do the same on the return shipping.
- It will be your responsibility to safely ship the laptop to the address we provide you after your purchase.
- This is a mail-in service for a laptop fan replacement. We recommend USPS Priority Mail (Regional Rate Box B) shipping as it is insured and the fastest way to send it. We don't need the box or anything else except for the Laptop & Charger. We don't require the laptop to be insured; however, We won't be responsible for damage or lost incurred during shipping. LIMITED WARRANTY:
- 3 month Warranty on Parts and Labor only for the performed repair. (Covers only manufacturer defects in replacement parts and/or defect from installation error. Accidental damage not covered.)
