You will receive an email from us with your ticket PDF. Print and place in package with your device. Mail to the provided address.

STEP 3

We work on your device. You pay when device is fixed. We mail package back to you after payment.
Note: Current repair time is Approx. 2-4 weeks. Choose expedited service if repair is urgent. Expedited repairs are handled within 1-3 business days.
