Our standard diagnostic fee is $49.99, and advanced diagnostics are $69.99. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and applied toward your repair.
Our technicians will carefully inspect, test, and evaluate your device before any repair begins. Once we identify the issue, we’ll provide a clear, no-obligation repair quote so you can decide how to move forward.
There is no diagnostic fee for obvious cracked-glass repairs. Water-damaged devices and certain complex issues may require advanced diagnostics.

At Helton’s Computer Repair LLC, we stand behind our workmanship. Most repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship, giving you added peace of mind.
If a covered issue related to the original repair occurs within 90 days, bring the device back to us. Our technicians will inspect it and, when covered under the warranty, correct the issue at no additional cost.
Some services and conditions may have warranty limitations or exclusions, including liquid-damage repairs, data-recovery services, customer-supplied parts, and devices affected by physical damage, misuse, or infestation.
